Shipping and delivery

We print, pack and ship printed books ourselves. eBooks are not shipped: they appear in your library as soon as you pay.

Where we ship

United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy.

Dispatch times

• Books in stock: dispatched within 2–3 business days.
• Books printed to order: printed and dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Each book page shows which applies. We email you when your order is on its way.

Delivery times after dispatch

• United Kingdom: usually 2–5 business days.
• Ireland and Europe: usually 5–10 business days.
• United States, Canada and Australia: usually 7–15 business days.

These are estimates. Delays can happen, especially at busy times of year and in customs.

Delivery costs

The delivery charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. If free delivery is on offer, your cart shows how much more you need to spend.

Customs and import charges

Orders sent outside the UK may have import duties or local taxes to pay on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in our prices and are paid by you.

Problems with delivery
